Join the Run for Robin Hood today!
If you are running the New York City Marathon on Sunday, November 3, please consider joining the Run for Robin Hood. You're training hard to cover the 26.2 miles, and when you Run for Robin Hood, you will cross the finish line knowing you not only achieved your personal best, but transformed the lives of hundreds of poor children and their families.
It's been a challenging year for New Yorkers. Homelessness, unemployment, and the number of families visiting soup kitchens and food pantries have reached record levels. Here's a chance to make your marathon have even more meaning by getting friends and family to pledge their support for Robin Hood's important work.
As a member of the Run for Robin Hood team, 100% of the funds you raise will help Robin Hood support the strongest, most effective programs helping the city's two million poor people build better lives for themselves and their families.
Please contact Robin Hood's own marathoner, Elzy Wick wick@robinhood.org, to learn more about the Run for Robin Hood.
